The original music for Bichín is conceived as a brief piano piece that functions as an emotional frame for the story. Through restrained and sober writing, the music accompanies the intimate tone of the film without imposing itself on the image, underlining the emotional fragility that runs through the relationship between the two siblings and their father’s early-onset Alzheimer’s.
